Pick a time that works for you. I’ll confirm the appointment and ask a couple quick questions so I arrive prepared.
Step 2
On-Site Assessment ($79)
I come to your home, evaluate the issue, talk through options, and identify what’s actually needed (not just what it “might be”).
Step 3
You Get a Clear Quote & Solution
After the visit, you receive a written hard quote with the recommended solution, materials (if needed), and timeline. It's a hard quote, which means, no additional costs.
Step 4
Approve & Schedule the Work
If you approve the quote, we schedule the job.
Best part: If you move forward, the $79 assessment fee is credited back and deducted from your invoice.

Is the $79 refundable?
It’s a professional service visit for evaluation and quoting. If you approve the quote, the $79 is credited back and deducted from your invoice.

How long is the assessment appointment?
Typically 20–45 minutes, depending on complexity.

Can you give a quote without coming out?
For very small, simple work sometimes yes—but most repairs are faster and cheaper when they’re scoped correctly in person.

What if I have multiple items?
Bring your list. We’ll prioritize and I can quote multiple items during one assessment when time allows.

Will you complete the work the same day as the assessment?
Sometimes. That simply depends upon both of our schedules.
